Kostel svaté Anny, located near Planá in the Plzeňský kraj region of western Bohemia, is a significant pilgrimage site and cultural monument. A notable feature near the church is the family tomb of the Nostitz-Rieneck counts from the early 20th century, located by the western entrance.

According to legend, six strong horses failed to haul an image of the Virgin Mary up the hill to the church; only when a team comprising both a horse and an ox was used did they succeed. Additionally, north of the church lies a healing spring named Pod Svatou Annou, which ceased flowing during uranium mining but resumed after its cessation.
