These terms and conditions govern the paid presentation of businesses and premises (hereinafter the „presentation") in the vicinity of cultural monuments on the pamatky.cz website and mobile app.

1. Provozovatel

The operator of the service shall: SAIT CZ spol. s r.o., ICO 43962271, ID CZ43962271, having its registered office Teschín 365, 735 14 Eagle-Break, Registered in the Commercial Register Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 2359hereinafter referred to as "Operator"). Contact: info@pamatky.cz, tel. + 420 773 788 755.

2. Definition of terms

• Applicant / client - a natural or legal person operating a company or an establishment ordering a presentation.
• Presentation - display of company data (name, description, photos, contact, location or discount) on the site of the sights in the area and in mobile application.
• Tariff - selected range and time of presentation according to price list in order form.

3. Subject matter and description of the service

The operator displays the presentation of the client at cultural monuments located around the address / location of the establishment (usually up to 10 km). The presentation is displayed only for the period of validity of the paid tariff. Higher tariffs may have priority order in the list and other benefits specified in the order form.

4. Tarify a ceny

Current rates and prices are shown in the order form at the address / firm / registrationPrices are listed in Czech crowns. Any action discounts shall be valid for the period and under the conditions of the action specified. The operator is VAT payer; prices are indicated including VAT.

5. Order and conclusion of contract

The order will be made by the client by completing and sending the registration form and by checking the agreement with these terms. The contract shall be concluded at the time the payment is credited. By sending the order the client confirms the accuracy of the data entered and that he is entitled to present the company.

6. Platba

Payment is made online via payment gateway Comgate (Comgate, a.s.). After payment is completed, the presentation is activated automatically, usually within a few minutes. Tax document the client receives an e-mail.

7. Time of display, renewal and expiration

The presentation is active for a period corresponding to the selected tariff (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Payment is Single and not automatically restored - there's no repeated rip-off. Before the end of validity, the operator shall send a comment referring to voluntary renewal. After expiry the presentation stops showing.

8. Fotografie a obsah

The client is responsible for the content he records (texts, photos). By recording photos the client confirms, that it is entitled to use and publish them and grants the operator a free licence to display them within presentation on the web and in the application for its duration. The content of illegal, misleading, offensive or infringing the rights of third parties. The operator is entitled to refuse or remove any inappropriate content.

9. Discount / coupon for visitors

Offer discount or coupon for visitors is completely voluntary - Order her may or may not offer. If the client indicates a discount, he is responsible for its validity and provision visitors. The discount can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time in the presentation management.

10. Rights and obligations of the operator

The operator undertakes to display the presentation over paid time and to make reasonable efforts to make the service available. The operator is not responsible for blackouts caused by third parties and does not guarantee a specific number of visitors; or business result. An operator shall be entitled to refuse or terminate a presentation which infringes these conditions; in which case it may return a proportion of the price.

11. Withdrawal from contract and complaint

If the client is a consumer, he shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days; expressly requests provision of the service (presentation display) before the end of this period and notes that thereby the right of withdrawal after the full provision of the service, it ceases to exist or pays a proportion of the price for the services already provided. Complaints and queries send them to info without undue delay, no later than 30 days.

12. Personal data protection

The operator processes the client's personal data (in particular contact e-mail, telephone) to provide services and the issue of documents, in accordance with the GDPR Regulation. For details see the Privacy Policy na / protect- personal-udaju.

13. Final provisions

Relations not covered by these conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The operator is entitled to the text the conditions to change; for already closed orders the text is effective at the date of the order. These conditions are effective from 3.7.2026.
