< p > Jan Parléř (1359 in Prague - 1405 or 1406), was a Czech architect of German origin (Johann Parler der Jüngere). He came from a family of Parlers whose members were architects throughout Europe. He was the son of the famous architect Peter Parlér, who built the Cathedral of St. Vitus and Charles Bridge in Prague. < / p > < p > He learned from the St. Peter Parlér St.'s, where he was first mentioned in 1377. In 1389 he married in Kutna Hora and was the main architect of the temple of St. Barbara in the first period of its construction. After the death of his father, Jan Parléř worked in Prague since 1398, where he continued to work on the St Vitus Cathedral until his death. < / p >
