< p > Bohuslav Fuchs (24 March 1895 Všechovice - 18 September 1972 Brno) was a Czech architect, urbanist and theorist of considerable influence and European importance. One of the leading pioneers of modern international style. With its advanced, early modern and extremely extensive work, it has fundamentally influenced the development of Czech architecture as well as the ripening of modern architecture in an international context. < / p > Realised more than 150 buildings, some of which, such as Hotel Avion, the town pavilion of Brno and the Zabrdovice spa or the thermal swimming pool Green Frog in Trenčian Teplice, have become one of the core works of modern epoch. < / p >
